What the site collects

When you make a pledge, the site collects your name, email address, pledge rate, consent record and submission timestamp. It does not collect or process payment information.

How the information is used

Greg Geibel uses this information to review and administer pledges. If your pledge is approved, Greg may share your name, email address and pledge details with Alive & Free so it can contact you after the campaign about fulfilling your pledge.

Supporter names and emails are not published on the campaign website. Public totals contain aggregate amounts and supporter counts only.

Changes and cancellations

You may change or cancel a pledge by emailing REPLACE_WITH_CAMPAIGN_EMAIL.

Retention

Greg retains supporter information until 365 days after final pledge reconciliation is completed. At that point, Greg deletes names, email addresses and identifiable notes, while anonymous campaign totals may be retained.

Alive & Free's copy of supporter information is governed by its own policies and its arrangement with Greg. This notice does not promise that Alive & Free will follow Greg's deletion schedule.
